Mastercard Innovation Forum 2025

At the Mastercard Innovation Forum 2025 in Hall E in Vienna, we realized an impressive conference and networking event for over 300 guests for Mastercard Austria. The format combined grandstand seating, a networking area and an evening party. The thematic focus was on Formula 1 – with an original McLaren show car as the central stage element and later photo motif. The highlight was the raising of the stage and the opening of the evening area through a mobile LED wall. We were responsible for the concept, stage design, branding, implementation and the entire speaker management. Culinary highlights, entertainment such as reaction games, XXL Gameboy and McLaren Hot Wheels as give-aways rounded off the evening.
