Mars Austria OG invited its employees internally to the Pride Truck “As Colorful as the Rainbow”. A truck in the corporate colors, combined with the LGBTQIA+ flag and the matching slogan, awaited them on site. Colorful details ran through the entire design – from a ceiling branded with the Pride flag to a decorated toilet and a DJ booth adorned with glitter accents.
The truck also made a strong statement from the outside: colorful flags, eye-catching branding and a large banner made it a real eye-catcher. The well-known drag DJ Metamorkid set the mood throughout the day and attracted an enthusiastic group of people on foot with her music.
Employees were provided with drinks and snacks to help them celebrate the day and beat the heat. There were also T-shirts in the “As Colorful as the Rainbow” design, flags, glitter and tattoos so that everyone – regardless of their own outfit – could adorn themselves colorfully.
The day was characterized by high spirits, diversity and cohesion. We are looking forward to the future with great joy and hope for further participations in order to set a visible sign for equality and diversity.
